We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing of outsourced parts, equipment, services, supplies, and other materials needed to manufacture our Autonomous Robotic Construction System (ARCS) and to keep our organization operating efficiently. This role will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, placing and tracking orders, maintaining purchasing records, and ensuring employees have the resources they need.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, cost-conscious, and comfortable managing multiple purchasing requests while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. Strong proficiency with ERPs, such as Odoo, is required. The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement and inventory information within Odoo.
