This is not an entry-level position, but it also isn't a lead technician role. Your goal is to help customers maximize equipment performance, improve efficiency, and identify repair opportunities before they become major breakdowns. You'll inspect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, air handlers, and related comfort systems while cleaning components, replacing filters and common maintenance items, checking system performance, testing electrical and mechanical components, and documenting your findings. You'll communicate maintenance recommendations clearly to homeowners, maintain accurate service records, and deliver professional customer service during every visit. When maintenance visits uncover repair needs beyond routine service, you'll clearly document your findings and coordinate with the service team to ensure customers receive the appropriate solutions. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable technicians with at least one year of residential HVAC experience performing maintenance, installations, or service work.
