Insurance Manager

The Insurance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the insurance department, managing a team of agents or staff, driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client service. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, risk management, and operational oversight to support company objectives and profitability. This is an opportunity for those who are hard-working, have good communication skills and customer service skills, love to help people, and are willing to start a training program as an entry-level financial planning professional and potentially develop into management and leadership positions.
