Highly Preferred: 2+ years of hotel, high-volume, or line cook experience.

As a Cook, you'll:
- Prepare fresh, flavorful meals following established recipes, menu cycles, and dietary modifications
- Ensure every plate is served with quality, consistency, and care
- Assist with food deliveries, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Complete required kitchen logs and regulatory documentation
- Work closely with the Dining Director to ensure smooth meal service and kitchen operations
- Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents every day
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- 2+ years of hotel, line cook, or high-volume kitchen experience (highly preferred)
- Culinary training or restaurant cooking experience
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, portion control, and commercial kitchen operations
- Experience preparing meals for special diets or senior living communities is a plus
- Experience with large-batch cooking (100+ meals) is preferred
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for serving others
