Lead all phases of product development, including customer interface, mechanical and magnetic circuit design, manufacturing engineering, analysis, and testing. Hands‑on implementation and mentorship across the development cycle. Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of electromagnetic linear motors. Master of Science degree in a relevant field is desirable. Excellent communication skills and strong practical engineering ability. Assemble electronic components of electro‑magnetic actuators according to specifications. Test assemblies using electronic test equipment, such as a signal analyzer.
