Loan Officer:

· Convert vetted, ‘ warm ’ mortgage leads into loans

· M-F, 8-5 in office

· Supported by Processors and Closing Coordinators

· Loans Officer’s primary responsibility- SELL! 

· Follow a proven sales process- Consultative approach

· No mortgage experience required or preferred

· Sales background or strong customer service skills wanted

· On Target Earnings $85K-$100K based on performance, hourly + bonus
