Additional benefits include a 401k retirement savings with employer match, paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay and an Employee Assistance Program.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Product Analyst (PA) plays a critical role in advancing LifeStance’s patient experience strategy by helping design and deliver product solutions that improve access, engagement, and outcomes across the patient journey. Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Data teams, this role translates patient and caregiver needs into actionable product requirements, insights, and delivery support.This position sits at the intersection of product development and patient experience, contributing directly to initiatives that enhance patient access (e.g., scheduling, intake), engagement (e.g., digital touchpoints, communication), and continuity of care. The Product Analyst ensures that product decisions are grounded in data, informed by real patient workflows and behaviors, and aligned to measurable outcomes such as access, satisfaction, and care quality.Success in this role means enabling teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital experiences that make it easier for patients to find, access, and stay engaged in care—while supporting LifeStance’s broader mission to improve access to high-quality mental healthcare.COMPENSATION: $71,779 - $86,135/annually in addition to a competitive bonus planRESPONSIBILITIESCore ProductTranslate business and clinical needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMaintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with the Product ManagerSupport roadmap planning through feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and dependency mappingData & AnalyticsQuery and analyze EHR, operational, and engagement data to inform product decisionsPartner with Data/BI teams to define and validate KPIs tied to product performanceSubject Matter ExpertiseDevelop working knowledge of patient workflows (e.g., scheduling, documentation, billing, care coordination)Participate in workflow observation, user interviews, and stakeholder discovery sessionsCollaboration & Delivery SupportAct as a liaison between Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and ITSupport agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)Track and communicate dependencies, risks, and action items across workstreamsDocumentation & CommunicationMaintain product documentation (process maps, decision logs, data dictionaries, system diagrams)Prepare release notes, training materials, and stakeholder communicationsSupport the Product Manager with executive summaries, reporting, and meeting materialsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analyticsStrong ability to translate business needs into structured requirementsExperience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar)Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExposure to healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflowsFamiliarity with agile product development methodologiesUnderstanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, APIs)Experience supporting UAT, process improvement, or workflow analysisPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
