Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individual clients, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address various issues, including alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients navigate through challenges such as job stress, blended families, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure collaborative care and improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with clients dealing with a range of issues, from conflicts within families to individual mental health concerns. Qualifications\n
