Therapy/Rehabilitation – Travel Assignment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 8 hours/day
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Possible Schedule: 4x10s may be available
Assignment Type: Travel

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Therapy/Rehabilitation professional to provide quality rehabilitative care and support to patients. The clinician will work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients improve functional abilities, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and identify individual rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient goals and clinical needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Promote patient safety and quality of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning as required.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Possibility of a 4x10-hour schedule , depending on facility needs.

Requirements:

• Active license/certification appropriate to the specific therapy specialty.
• Relevant clinical experience in rehabilitation/therapy.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to meet the facility's scheduling requirements.
