Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy operating room. The role involves supporting orthopedic, neuro, and spine surgeries with robotic assistance and requires expertise in total joint arthroplasty and spinal fusion procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments, including equipment and supplies.
• Assist surgical team during complex procedures such as total joint replacements, spinal fusions, and robotic surgeries.
• Operate and troubleshoot Xi robotic systems and other advanced OR equipment.
• Adhere to all unit policies, safety protocols, and sterile techniques.
• Document procedures and assist in patient positioning and care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA required).
• At least 2 years of OR experience, with a focus on orthopedics, neuro, or spine surgeries.
• Proficient in robotic surgical systems, specifically Davinci Xi.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
