Job Description The Virtual Customer Care Rep is an in‑office position responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s). Responsibilities include promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive working relationships with customers and trade partners, supervising daily trade partner activities, approving invoices, remedying scheduling or payment issues, and ensuring completion of home work. Your Responsibilities Promote, facilitate, and foster positive relationships with Lennar customers and trade partners. Exercise sound judgment and discretion with homeowners and trade partners. Manage daily trade partner activities according to schedules and scopes of work. Approve trade partner invoices not to exceed $1,250 upon satisfactory completion. Remedy scheduling, communication, or payment issues proactively. Understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of products. Conduct pre‑closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and 30‑day post‑close visits. Review and certify completion of each home within the community. Manage, supervise, and direct all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community. Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed. Be an expert in the community and surrounding area, including HOA fees, rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc. Supervise, review, and resolve the condition of community common areas, model centers, and signage. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years experience directing, coordinating, and supervising work in a customer‑facing role with a homebuilder. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Valid auto insurance coverage. Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel). Excellent follow‑up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills. Physical & Office/ Site Presence Requirements Work extended hours of up to eight hours per day. Operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment up to 50 lbs, and occasionally operate construction equipment. Sit at a computer monitor for extended periods to complete paperwork, meet with partners, and handle phone messages. Work in construction environment under all weather conditions. Finger dexterity required for computer keyboard and calculator. Compensation & Benefits Base hourly rate: $24.40 – $41.23, adjustable based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations. Eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
