Legal Operations Manager

Overseeing the effective creation and functioning of information and administrative systems, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will manage legal operations practice support systems, supervise analysts, and assist with compliance and risk management, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from San Francisco or Washington, D.C. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for core legal practice systems, ensuring functionality, data quality, and end-user support Manage compliance and risk management processes, including conflicts checks and ethical wall administration Supervise and train Legal Operations Analysts, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in a related role Expertise in business planning, project management, and legal practice workflows Advanced experience with Intapp systems and legal technology tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture
