Position: Roof Inspector Sales Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Present roofing solutions
• Complete paperwork and job documentation
• Work in the field and stay active throughout the day

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required ( roofing sales is a strong plus )
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Motivated, coachable, and self-driven
• Ability to safely climb a ladder for inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
