Customer Service Training Coordinator New Bern, NC / Full-time Responsibilities Plan and coordinate training events, including managing schedules and participant lists. Coordinate with other teams in CS, internally and externally. Maintain the training calendar and participants list. Manage training requests and gather necessary details from stakeholders. Develop and manage reporting on training effectiveness, attendance, and other key metrics. Creating and maintaining associated slide decks. Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible. Assign & create courses to employees in the LMS system. Administer the training catalogs. Order and manage supplies and equipment required for all training sessions. Manage equipment/appliance inventory, place purchase orders for new equipment, and track assets. Arrange meals and accommodations for training attendees. All other duties as assigned Your profile High-School Diploma – Required Two-Year College (Business or related field) – Preferred Four-Year College (Business or related field) – Preferred 5-7 Years Experience (Event Planning or General Administration) - Required Proven experience in training coordination or event planning role. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and typing. The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document. The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line). 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line). 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
