Qualifications Minimum of ten (10) years experience as Subject Matter Expert or Instructor Lead Training in electrical utility or industry in one of below categories: Electrical Safety Substation Maintenance Circuit Breaker Maintenance Relays (Mechanical and Microprocessor) Medium Voltage Cable Splicing & Fault Locating Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word) Requirements The AVO Training Institute Instructor shall have the following attributes: Self-motivated Independent Computer literate Problem solver Cooperative attitude Use Good judgement Creative Structured Professional Personable Dependable Safety oriented Duties Course presentations utilizing lecture and hands-on laboratory instruction Developing course curriculum as the Subject Matter Expert Utilize technical knowledge to enhance power equipment and lab setup Providing customer support Travel - 50% to 75% Other duties as assigned by management At Megger, we believe in your potential — your ability to learn, grow and contribute in meaningful ways to our success as a leader in test, monitoring and data analytic solutions for the electrical power industry.
