You'll collaborate with sales, R&D, and service to boost performance, enhance customer experience, and shape the next generation of welding automation.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on welding technical support, both remotely and on-site.
• Conduct welding demos and develop real-world robotic welding processes.
• Document and share best practices through training, manuals, and videos.
• Partner with sales to validate applications and ensure smooth integration.
• Relay customer insights into engineering and product development.
• Attend trade shows, showcasing advanced robotic welding technology.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on welding experience.
• Strong understanding of manual and robotic welding principles.
• Experience with cobots or industrial robotic systems (Fronius is a plus).
• Excellent communication and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and ticket management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for support and training.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
