Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: $95,500 - 138,550 per year Requirements:

• We need strong expertise in Python programming, including machine learning libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch.
• We prefer experience with machine learning operations practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and model upkeep.
• We need familiarity with modern machine learning tools and platforms such as Jupyter, Docker, Git, and cloud environments like Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
• We need experience building data tools for extract, transform, and load workflows, pulling data from SQL and NoSQL databases, and performing advanced data analysis.
• We prefer experience with geographic information systems.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain business needs and objectives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We need expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms and their implementations, including advanced areas such as active learning, computer vision, and deployments in complex environments.
• We need deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a record of delivering advanced AI solutions that drive strategic change and operational efficiency.
• We need strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation efforts.
• We need demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risk, supporting ethical governance, and promoting responsible AI adoption across the organization.
• We require an advanced degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
• We typically need at least two years of hands-on industry experience in machine learning, computer vision, data science, or a related discipline.
• We require U.S. work eligibility, as we do not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.

• We develop practical, scalable, and robust machine learning and computer vision solutions that improve product capabilities and create value for clients.
• We collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data to support model development and maximize the value of our data assets.
• We create visualizations and perform exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, trends, opportunities, and data quality issues.
• We train, evaluate, refine, and deploy machine learning models aligned with business goals and product needs.
• We design, build, and automate large-scale model training, integration, and evaluation pipelines.
• We collaborate with machine learning, software engineering, product development, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• We communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear documentation and presentations.
• We design and run experiments to validate assumptions, improve model performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• We ensure our projects follow governance, security, ethical AI, and responsible data use practices while identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.
