SharBert Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Human Resources Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our growing team in the Gallatin Valley.

This position plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of our company and helping cultivate the culture that defines who we are. As one of the first points of contact for applicants, this individual will help create a five-star candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey while supporting the ongoing growth and sustainability of SharBert’s servant leadership culture.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant / Recruiter supports recruiting, hiring, onboarding, communication, and general HR administrative functions across multiple business units. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a servant leadership mindset.

The ideal candidate is highly intuitive, self-aware, solutions-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities while also actively engaging in recruiting outreach and culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and professional applicant experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Proactively recruit candidates through online platforms, outreach efforts, networking, and community engagement
  • Communicate with applicants through phone, email, text messaging, HR platforms, and scheduling systems
  • Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding processes and occasional new employee orientations
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with job ad creation, recruiting campaigns, and employment marketing initiatives
  • Support internal culture development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with general HR administrative functions and projects as assigned
  • Help maintain consistent communication standards and positive brand representation across all hiring interactions
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support operational and staffing needs
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of similar recruiting, HR, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and digital platforms
  • Professional, outgoing, and relationship-driven demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-aware, accountable, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner with strong intuition and initiative
  • General understanding of HR processes and professionalism standards
  • Experience with HRMS or ATS platforms such as Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, or similar systems preferred
  • Basic graphic design, marketing, or social media experience is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, Canva, Google Workspace, or related technology platforms preferred
