The Director of Nursing serves as the senior nursing leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing operations, including clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff management, budget administration, and strategic planning. This position demands a professional who can balance compassionate patient care with sound business practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all nursing services, establishing departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead and mentor nursing management team, including nurse managers, supervisors, and charge nurses
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes professional growth, teamwork, and employee engagement
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing leadership team
• Champion change management initiatives and guide staff through organizational transitions

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across all departments and units
• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction scores, and quality metrics
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery
• Oversee infection control programs and ensure adherence to best practices
• Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination
• Ensure appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and adequate staffing levels at all times
