Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role: Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, providing direct perioperative care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope patient care utilizing the nursing process, support multidisciplinary teamwork, prioritize patient safety, and model proficiency through precepting. Perform care in perioperative, PACU, or OR settings, adhering to evidence-based standards and collaborating with clinical educators for competency validation. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), valid RN licensure, and at least 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. BLS certification required. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
