Job Title

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location

South Weymouth, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill patients including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, medically unstable, and cardiac populations
• Perform frequent patient monitoring, assessment, and interventions at a minimum of every one hour or more as clinically indicated
• Manage and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with unit and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for trauma or surgical ICU patient populations
• Familiarity with neurological and obstetric critical care patient management
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
