• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients focused on overcoming mental health concerns associated with substance abuse.

• Complete comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Administer therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) specifically tailored for substance abuse recovery.

• Maintain and document clinical records in compliance with agency policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and integrated support for clients.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health and substance abuse issues.

• Stay current with research and advancements in the field to continuously improve practice outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a wide-ranging patient population, including individuals facing addiction, mental health disorders, and co-occurring disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
