The Premium Clubs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations within premium club spaces during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position leads front-line team members, ensures exceptional guest service, maintains operational standards, and supports the delivery of a first-class hospitality experience. The Premium Clubs Supervisor works closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure efficient service, guest satisfaction, and successful event execution. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within assigned premium club locations. Lead, coach, and support servers, bartenders, food runners, cashiers, and support staff. Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and timely service throughout events. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards. Assist with staffing assignments, break coverage, and operational readiness. Address guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and company policies. Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management. Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and ensure club areas are properly stocked and prepared. Support opening and closing procedures, including documentation and operational reporting. Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and premium hospitality teams to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
