Job Description
Outpatient Physical Therapist (Pediatrics)

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing specialized care within the Pediatrics Rehab Center. This position involves managing an existing caseload and working full-time with a commitment of 40 hours per week, operating from Monday to Friday. The center is closed on weekends and all major holidays, ensuring a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to pediatric patients.
Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patients.
Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of current experience in pediatric rehabilitation is required.
BLS certification is mandatory.
Must hold a valid Ohio physical therapy license and registry (not in process).
Candidates with multiple days of requested time off will be given lower priority.

Shift Information

This is a day shift position, with work scheduled from Monday through Friday.
