Shifts : Per-Diem (You'll also have the opportunity to pick up shifts at our facilities in Dorchester, Quincy, Hingham, and Duxbury!)
John Scott House in Braintree, MA is currently seeking a Per-Diem Painter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team! We're a 126-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility (SNF) located right off of Route 93/Route 3.
Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:
High school diploma
Experience in maintenance field of work
Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus
Job Duties for Maintenance Assistant:
Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
Respond to buildings/residents ' maintenance needs
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
Comply with all safety and health regulations
Pick up shifts at our other locations in Dorchester, Quincy, Hingham, and Duxbury
