Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit with a focus on monitoring cardiac patients.
• Administer medication and perform necessary procedures utilizing advanced medical equipment such as Pyxis and Alaris Pumps.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including charge nurses, LNA, and unit clerks.
• Ensure a high standard of nursing care for patients with conditions such as vascular surgery, sepsis, and arrhythmias.
• Adapt to variable patient ratios, typically 1:5, potentially stretching to 1:6, depending on unit needs.

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Active RN license at submission
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Proficiency in telemetry
