Asset Finance & Securitization Associate

We are seeking associates with 3-6 years of experience to join the Asset Finance & Securitization team in our Great Place to Work Certified Global Finance group. Our dynamic team represents issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks and underwriters, and other market participants in structuring novel structured and asset finance and sale transactions. If you have an interest in helping clients create complex products involving a wide variety of asset classes, derivatives and other new structures, our team is a great fit for you. Additionally, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
