About the Role The Executive Mortgage Advisor is a full-time role responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. Based in Rock Hill, SC, this hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. We are also open to fully remote if not in a commutable distance. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage products, and providing clear explanations of terms, rates, and repayment options. The Executive Mortgage Advisor will use AI-driven tools to enhance advisory quality, manage a pipeline of leads, and support marketing efforts to grow the client base. The role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, preparing accurate documentation, and building long-term relationships with clients, real estate partners, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Assessing client financial profiles Recommending suitable mortgage products Providing clear explanations of terms, rates, and repayment options Using AI-driven tools to enhance advisory quality Managing a pipeline of leads Supporting marketing efforts to grow the client base Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards Preparing accurate documentation Building long-term relationships with clients, real estate partners, and internal stakeholders Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Finance, with experience in mortgage advisory or lending. Skills in Mortgage Marketing to develop and manage campaigns, nurture leads, and support business growth. Background in Financial Planning to analyze client needs, affordability, and long-term financial goals. NMLS licensure, or willingness to obtain relevant qualification. Proficiency with digital tools and AI-enhanced platforms; ability to interpret data-backed insights for client recommendations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear terms. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to regulatory and ethical standards. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
