Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Demonstrated ability to provide treatment for adults with complex medical and rehabilitative needs, including experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and cognitive/perceptual interventions. Proficiency with documentation systems and ability to meet productivity and documentation standards common to SNFs. Preferred: Experience with restorative nursing programs and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in long-term care. Client-specific requirement: must be comfortable working in an environment where 88% of patient care tasks are supported by PCTs and delegating and supervising PCTs is expected.
