• Strong understanding of equipment operation and process control systems
• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to perform quality testing, monitor process conditions, and follow standard work practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to train new team members and share operational knowledge
• Commitment to safety protocols and environmental responsibility

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in plant or industrial operations
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and participating in investigations
• Familiarity with asset utilization tracking and process improvement initiatives
• Basic understanding of operational discipline and performance metrics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial environment is advantageous but not mandatory
