CNA Position

Tryfacta is seeking a CNA for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract with possible extension contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: CNA

Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16-week contract with possible extension

Work Schedule: Night 5x8-Hour (22:45 - 07:15)

Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitoring and recording vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Providing compassionate patient care and emotional support
• Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided
• Ensuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Observing and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
• Following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Assisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intake

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA license in NY - No License hits allowed
• BLS/CPR certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
