Live-In Personal Care Provider

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health status.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in personal care or home health care is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor towards clients.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for live-in shifts as needed.
