Pediatric Home Care Paramedic | In-Home Medical Specialist
Imagine Pediatrics
Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Care Specialist (Paramedic Certified) to join our interdisciplinary team, delivering episodic and longitudinal care in members’ homes. You will leverage an integrated technology platform to support pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
You will collaborate with APPs, nurses, navigators, pharmacists, psychiatrists, social workers and therapists to provide compassionate care, conduct clinical intake visits, and prevent readmissions.
