We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer purchase orders are processed with 100% accuracy from entry to shipment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving the puzzle of complex logistics, and pride yourself on catching the errors that others miss, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Precisely enter customer purchase orders into the internal system.
• Order Auditing: Meticulously verify quantities, specific processes, finishes, and pricing against physical documentation.
• Logistics Coordination: Ensure shipments are sent to the correct destinations; you must be able to navigate multiple customer addresses and select the correct one based on the order requirements.
• Quality Control: Double-check every entry and shipment to ensure 100% accuracy before completion.
