Job Description
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant for a Multifamily property located in California. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and customer service, with a focus on leasing and property management. The position is based in a vibrant community, providing a rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:- Assist prospective residents with inquiries and provide tours of available units.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new residents.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant interactions, and property conditions.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the property is well-maintained and all units are ready for occupancy.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations and property policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience with Yardi software is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Knowledge of affordable housing, HUD, LIHTC, or senior housing programs is a plus.
- Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour.

- Minimal travel required.
