Job Description Position Title: Warehouse Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday); hours may change to 6:00am - 5:00pm based on warehouse needs QPS Employment Group is hiring Warehouse Associates for a position in Grinnell, IA. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse. Apply now! Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using order sheets and handheld scanners
- Package orders into appropriately sized boxes
- Verify packing slips match packaged items
- Complete paperwork for outgoing shipments
- Organize and store incoming supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements for Warehouse:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to repeatedly lift 5-40 lbs; team lift required for items over 40 lbs
