Senior Product Manager, Consumer Mobile

The Opportunity As Staff Product Manager, Consumer Mobile, you’ll own the mobile experience that helps clients make meaningful progress toward their mental health goals between therapy sessions. You will define how Grow shows up in clients’ daily lives through products that are useful, trustworthy, and genuinely engaging. What You’ll Be Doing Own the strategy and roadmap for Grow’s consumer mobile experience, defining how clients coordinate care and progress on their mental health goals. Build a consumer‑grade mobile app that clients return to regularly, focusing on quality, trust, and engagement. Drive mobile app adoption and engagement across iOS and Android. Lead 0→1 product development for new mobile experiences, from identifying unmet needs through launch, iteration, and scale. Develop AI‑powered product experiences within the mobile app, balancing usefulness, safety, and user trust. Partner closely with engineering, product design, data science, and other PMs to rapidly test, learn, and iterate. Work cross‑functionally with Clinical teams to ensure product decisions reflect user needs and the realities of delivering high‑quality care. Help define how the mobile app should complement and work with Grow’s web experience, contributing to broader product and platform strategy. You’ll Be a Good Fit If 8+ years in product management with ownership of consumer‑facing experiences. Experience owning mobile products across iOS and Android, with a strong point of view on intuitive, engaging, high‑quality experiences. Built products or major product surfaces from scratch and thrive in ambiguity. Work exceptionally well with engineering, design, data, and domain experts, bringing people together around a clear product vision. Can connect day‑to‑day execution to long‑term company goals, making thoughtful tradeoffs. Curious about AI‑native products and experienced building AI‑powered features with trust and usefulness. Thrives in fast‑moving environments and maintains a high bar for craft and outcomes. Employment Type : Full Time Base Compensation : $182,000–$227,000 USD Annually This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work onsite from one of our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hubs three days per week and travel 2–3 times per year.
