Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,232 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Madison, Alabama. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Prior experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative therapy programs preferred. Ability to perform documentation in electronic medical record systems required. Willingness to float to other nearby facilities as needed. PT or PTA credentials accepted; PT preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month. Assignment Length: 13 or 26 weeks available.
