About the Role:

East Aurora Pediatrics PC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our growing pediatric care team in East Aurora, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in a clinical outpatient setting
• Administer medications, vaccines, and immunizations per provider orders
• Conduct patient assessments, vital signs, and document findings in the EMR system
• Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations and procedures
• Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans, follow-ups, and health education
• Triage patient calls and in-office visits, prioritizing urgent care needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of New York (required)
• Experience in pediatric, primary care, or outpatient clinical nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of childhood immunization schedules and well-child care
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pediatric patients and families
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
