divh2Production Technician/h2pThe Production Technician directly reporting to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for executing and maintaining all daily operations of the Production and Packaging Department to achieve the company initiatives. Additionally, the Production Technician maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations./ppResponsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliPerform basic plant care tasks: transplanting, watering, pruning, and defoliation under supervision./liliSupport harvest activities: cutting plants, tagging, weighing, and organizing batches./liliAssist with basic trimming operations including machine trim loading/unloading and tray cycling./liliParticipate in room sanitation procedures and maintain clean work areas./liliFollow all safety and biosecurity protocols including PPE usage and movement restrictions./liliComplete required documentation accurately, including plant counts, task logs, and sanitation forms./liliAttend required training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to feedback./li/ulpTraining Development:/pulliConsistent development of skills./liliParticipating in quarterly department meetings./liliOwning personal training and development regarding current on product knowledge and policies and procedures and seeking out answers as needed from the Manager/liliFollowing flawlessly all company Time and Attendance Policies/li/ulpControlling Preventing Loss:/pulliProficient in product protection./liliMaintain current and up to date knowledge of security procedures and protocols as applicable to position and facility./liliAssisting in the execution of monthly product and supply inventory audits as needed/liliMaintain current and up to date knowledge Loss Prevention (LP) procedures/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMust be 21 years old./liliMust possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliBasic math skills./liliBeing able to work with a team./liliHaving organizational skills./liliHaving decision making skills./liliNo cannabis experience required; experience in agriculture, horticulture, or manufacturing preferred./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks./liliStrong attention to detail and adherence to protocols./li/ulpPhysical and Environmental Requirements:/pulliAbility to work a minimum of 10 hours a day and rotating shifts;/liliFlexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;/liliAbility to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;/liliAbility to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a work day;/liliAbility to stand for extended periods of time;/liliAbility to use a ladder (up to 12 ft. extension) and general hardware tools needed for common repairs;/liliAbility and willingness to work in the following conditions:/liulliGeneral office environment;/liliExtended computer usage;/liliExtended phone usage including teleconferences, and/liliWork environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise./li/ul/ulpThe pay for this position is $19.50/hr Schedule: 4 Ten Hour Shifts per week, Sunday - Wednesday, 7am-5:30pm/ppManagement reserves the right to assign other job duties as necessary.
