Warehouse Manager (Onsite)Location: Timberlake, NC Employment Type: Full-time, ExemptAbout the Role: Voltage is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to execute day-to-day material handling activities: receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping. Reports to the Warehouse Manager. Directly supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time and accurately.What You'll Do:Own all receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping operationsManage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and SAP reconciliationExecute SAP transactions: goods receipt (MIGO), transfer postings (MB1B), goods issue (261), and delivery creation (VL01N)Ensure line-side material delivery keeps production running without interruptionDrive FIFO/FEFO discipline, lot traceability, and proper labelingManage warehouse team hiring, training, cross-training, and performanceMaintain safe working conditions including forklift operations, rack safety, and housekeepingPartner with Production, Quality, and Procurement on material issues, shortages, and returns to vendorReport daily on inventory accuracy, on-time delivery to line, and receiving backlogWhat We're Looking For:5+ years warehouse or materials management experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory roleSAP experience in WM or MM modules (transactions above)Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and ERP-based material flowForklift-certified, able to train and certify othersProven team leadership in a high-pressure manufacturing environmentWire harness, electronics, or automotive manufacturing backgroundExperience with barcode scanning and RF picking systemsAPICS CPIM or CSCP certificationBilingual (Spanish) depending on local workforceStartup or plant-launch experiencePhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video.
