Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cafe Associate to join our team in Sarasota, FL . In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of food and beverage items, including bartending duties. Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory, stock management, and daily operational tasks. Qualifications Experience as a Bartender, Barista, Prep Cook, or in a customer service role in the food industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
