Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload from intake through successful resolution or litigation hand-off. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active NJ bar (NY a plus). 2–6+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, ideally with strong pre-suit/negotiation skills.
