Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in a vibrant educational setting. Multiple contract opportunities are available for compassionate paraprofessionals eager to make a daily difference. The assignments begin August 18, 2026, and extend through June 11, 2027, offering consistent hours and the chance to work closely with children across a variety of age groups.

Preferred schedules:

• Elementary (K–4th): 8:00am–4:00pm
• Upper Grades (5th–12th): 7:00am–3:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Current PA clearances obtained within the last year (or readiness to complete updates)
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification; CPR portion must be completed in person (or willingness to update)
• Experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role in educational settings preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and patient approach to working with students

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs
• Assist teachers with daily classroom management and instructional tasks
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
• Support students’ physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
• Communicate with staff and families to ensure continuity of care and support
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
