Solution Architect

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced PLM Solutions Architect with a background in Engineering or Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with PTC Windchill, with familiarity in related PTC products considered a plus. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting PLM solutions while collaborating with global teams to drive product lifecycle excellence. Key Responsibilities Travel domestically and internationally as needed to gather requirements and support PLM deployments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture comprehensive business and technical requirements. Develop and document test cases to fully validate requirements. Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization to ensure high-quality PLM data. Support data process leads in developing KPI maturity roadmaps and metrics. Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills. Undertake other duties as assigned to support PLM initiatives. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in relevant/related field. 5+ years of relevant PLM experience, including hands-on expertise with PTC Windchill. Highly responsive with strong work ethic and professional integrity. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. The ability to travel both domestic and international.
