Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Position Overview Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment, candidates must: have an active driver’s license; be at least 21 years old; obtain a DOT medical certification; provide documentation of previous employment. The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, and teamwork drive. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, and performance.
