Your role includes monitoring residents for any changes in condition, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment during overnight hours. With your strong assessment and communication skills, you will handle admissions, discharges, and transfers, while adhering to infection control and HIPAA guidelines. Ideal candidates will hold a current LPN or RN license and have experience in Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
