Website: Position Summary Austin Oaks Hospital is seeking qualified, energetic candidates for our Assistant Program Director of Outpatient Services for our Branches South Location. The Assistant Director of Outpatient Services is accountable for leadership and strategic management, ensuring the strategic direction and planning of outpatient program services, program marketing, and referral development activities. In collaboration with the CNO, Medical Director, and Director of Outpatient, this position assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. It provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through organized, program‑focused referral activities. License / Certification: One of the following licenses in Texas: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, preferably LCSW or LPC‑Supervisor. Experience: Required: At least 5 years clinical experience in the psychiatric/mental health field. Preferred: At least 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity.
