B ilingual Data Entry Clerk (English/Spanish) – HR Office
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Day shift
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR systems
- Translate documents and communication between English and Spanish as needed
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR file management
- Verify accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Previous office or HR experience preferred but not required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable and punctual
