- # Collections SpecialistApplylocations: 1000 Social Street,Raleigh,NCtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R35637We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage accounts, drive collection activity, and resolve discrepancies while providing excellent service to our clients and internal teams.**What You’ll Do:*** **Manage Collections:** Execute the collection process (calls/letters) to meet or exceed monthly financial goals.* **Analyze & Reconcile:** Perform monthly account reconciliations, manage unapplied cash, and resolve outstanding issues.* **Collaborate:** Partner with Sales and branch teams to provide status updates and resolve customer disputes.* **Report & Maintain:** Track outstanding accounts, report status to management, and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policy and regulations.**What You Need:*** 3–5 years of experience in commercial collections or Accounts Receivable.* Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.* Experience with Google Workspace will be highly desirable.* Experience with AS400 and Soft Pak software preferred.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.*We thank you for your interest.
